1. Each
year the branch awards a $1,000 scholarship to a woman who has
graduated from Atlantic-Cape May Community College (ACCC) and is
continuing her studies at The Richard Stockton College.
2. Two annual scholarships
for women majoring in education are awarded at Richard Stockton
College and the College of New Jersey from a trust fund established by
the estate of Kathryn Carrigan, one of the founders and early
presidents of the Atlantic County Branch.
3. Book
scholarships are awarded at the various public high schools in the
area to graduating senior girls who are planning to attend ACCC.
